📦 Order & Processing Information

After your order is placed, I purchase and/or prepare the case and materials needed for your custom order.

💕 STANDARD PROCESSING TIME: 2–6 WEEKS

All items are handmade/customized and orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing time may vary depending on current order volume and the complexity of your order.

The 2–6 week processing timeframe does NOT include weekends, holidays, scheduled business breaks/closures, or shipping/transit time.

✨ Processing time = the time it takes for me to reach your order in my queue, create it, allow any necessary drying/curing time, package it, and prepare it for shipment.

Once your order has been completed and is ready to ship, you will receive tracking information via email. Shipping/transit time begins after your order has been processed and shipped.

⚡ EXPEDITED/PRIORITY PROCESSING: Expedited processing is offered in limited slots when available. Availability is not guaranteed and may be temporarily closed during periods of high order volume. If expedited processing is unavailable at checkout, I am not accepting additional expedited orders at that time.

Purchasing expedited processing gives your order priority processing and a shorter processing timeframe listed at the time of purchase. It does not guarantee a specific delivery date, as carrier transit times are outside of my control.

⛔ Severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside of my control may cause additional delays.
